Food in Jars Mastery Challenge

When I found out one of my favorite food writers and preservers created a year long challenge, I knew I had to be a part of it.  In fact, it already coincided with some of my Goals for the year.  I am going to take you on a journey in food preservation, cooking whole foods, and experimentation.  Not only am I going to be part of Marisa McClellan’s Food in Jars Mastery Challenge, but you can too!

Here is the link to join to challenge.  http://foodinjars.com/2017/01/food-jars-mastery-challenge/

I know what you are thinking…

“A Health Coach telling me to eat sugar?!?”  Not exactly…

This year we are going to focus on going back to the basics.  Making things from scratch.  Learn with me how to prepare simple, whole foods for your family that are going to increase your health and your happiness.  In addition to the challenge above I have made a New Year’s Goal to make Sauerkraut, Yogurt, Vanilla, more experimenting with Bone Broth, Soup Stocks and more.  At the end of the year I plan to put together a Family Cookbook with our favorite recipes.

I invite you to take this journey with me.  Join me in my Facebook group for support, ask questions, and be part of my community.  This group will have various topics including cooking, preserving food, gardening, exercise, essential oils, and so much more!

Let’s Start Now and Live Healthy. Together!
